A heat exchanger with the air-to-water control interface

An air-to-water heat pump with a heat exchanger can be easily integrated into the existing heating system of your house (using solid fuel, liquid fuel, gas, etc.). It heats water for the heating of the premises through the floor or radiator system, and prepares hot water for domestic consumption. The system is managed via the air-to-water control interface with a wired controller.

When there is a need of combining a heating system from separate components, a MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC air-to-water heat pump may be matched with an indoor unit – a plate heat exchanger. Such a heat pump system, which is managed with a controller (air-to-water control interface) PAC-IF032B-E or PAC-IF051(61)B-E, can heat premises through a floor heating system or radiators as well as prepare hot water for domestic consumption.

This system of a heat pump with a heat exchanger has extensive possibilities of use, it is not difficult to integrate it into the existing solid fuel, liquid fuel, gas or another heating system, connect to a water heater (boiler), integrate with the system of solar collectors, etc. The main advantage is that all the components of a boiler-room (circulator pumps, expansion tanks, a boiler, etc.) are combined according to individual needs for the heating of premises and domestic hot water.

Heat exchangers for domestic use Alfa-laval CBH60-30 and CBH60-50 can be matched with these MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC SPLIT air-to-water heat pumps:

  • “Power Inverter” PUHZ-SW50/75VHA (with heat exchanger CBH60-30);
  • “Power Inverter” PUHZ-SW100/120YHA (with heat exchanger CBH60-50);
  • “Power Inverter ZUBADAN” PUHZ-SHW112YHA (with heat exchanger CBH60-50).
