Cooling and heating of the air of premises (air-to-air system)

If you connect an air-to-air indoor unit of the desired model (of the PAC series, see under the heading Technical Parameters) to the heat pump PUHZ-FRP71VHA, you will have an efficient air conditioner in summer, and you will be able to use it for heating during the cold season.

It is crucial that the energy generated during cooling is not wasted, but transferred for the preparation of domestic hot water. When this heat recovery technology is used, a particularly high coefficient of performance (COP) is achieved – 7.0!

Heating of premises with radiators or a floor heating system (air-to-water system)

If you connect an air-to-water indoor unit of the desired model* to the heat pump PUHZ-FRP71VHA, you will be able to heat the premises in the most comfortable manner, i.e. through a radiator or floor heating system.

*This could be a system with a separate heat exchanger, ECODAN tanks or a new advanced HeatACC Accumulation Tank (we especially recommend installing the latter option, because with it, the system will operate in the most efficient manner).

Preparation of domestic hot water

If you connect an air-to-water indoor unit of the desired model with a boiler integrated during manufacturing* (or if you install a boiler separately) to the heat pump PUHZ-FRP71VHA, you will be able to prepare hot water of the necessary temperature for domestic use.

If you use an air-to-air appliance for cooling of premises in summer, domestic hot water will be prepared particularly effectively and cost-efficiently (COP (Coefficient of Performance) – 7.0!). Such effect is achieved due to the fact that the energy generated during cooling is not wasted, but is directed towards the hot water preparation system.

Savings

Due to the installed heat recovery technology, this system will enable you to reduce domestic hot water preparation costs, because the energy generated during cooling will be used efficiently, and not wasted.

In addition, you will not need to install a separate air conditioning system, because the same PUHZ-FRP71VHA outdoor unit will perform the function of an air conditioner (you will not clutter up the façade with a few outdoor units, there will be less pipes and cables). Thus at lower installation costs you will have even three systems (air cooling, heating and preparation of domestic hot water), upon installation of just one heat pump.

Application

The Mr. Slim Hybrid System can be installed not only in residential houses, it is also ideal for small commercial facilities, such as sports facilities, offices, nightclubs, etc., especially if they need simultaneous cooling and preparation of domestic hot water.
