Industrial heat exchanger with an air-to-water control interface

A MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC air-to-water heat pump system with a separate heat exchanger and automation is selected when there is a need to equip a boiler-room from individual components or integrate the heat pump into the existing heating system with another kind of fuel.

When there is a need to equip the heating system from individual components, a MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC air-to-water heat pump may be matched with the indoor part – a plate heat exchanger. The heat pump system, controlled with a PAC-IF032B-E or PAC-IF051(61)B-E controller (air-to-water control interface), can heat the premises of a large area with the floor heating system or radiators as well as prepare hot water for domestic use.

The system of a heat pump with a heat exchanger has wide application possibilities, it can be easily integrated into an existing solid fuel, liquid fuel, gas, district heating system, etc., connected to a boiler or accumulation tank, integrated with solar collectors, etc. The main advantage is that all components of the boiler-room (circulation pumps, expansion tanks, a boiler, an accumulation tank, etc.) may be supplied in accordance with individual needs for premise heating and domestic hot water.

Alfa-laval CBH60-70 heat exchanger for industrial use may be combined with the following MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC SPLIT air-to-water heat pumps:

  • Power Inverter PUHZ-SW160/200YKA (guaranteed cost-effective heating in the temperatures of down to -20°C);
  • Power Inverter ZUBADAN PUHZ-SHW230YKA (guaranteed cost effective heating in the temperatures of down to -28°C).
