The most advanced technologies for cost-efficient and effective heating and cooling.

Due to the installed most advanced technologies and a high-performance compressor, new PUHZ-SHW series appliances have significantly better technical characteristics than their predecessors, PUHZ-HRP series devices. PUHZ-SHW series heat pumps are leaders in the market according to seasonal performance indicators and the released amount of heat under especially low ambient temperatures.

These appliances are intended for heating, preparation of domestic hot water and cooling. Differently from all the other, traditional heat pumps in the market, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC appliances with the patented ZUBADAN technology maintain stable nominal heating capacity even down to -15℃ outdoor temperature, while the manufacturer guarantees cost-efficient heat supply down to -28℃ outdoor temperature.

Outdoor units of PUHZ-SHW heat pumps may be matched with indoor units of both the air-to-air system and air-to-water system.

In order to ensure safe operation of a heat pump in extreme outdoor air conditions, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC recommends using wind/snow guards. These are special covers which protect the outdoor unit of a heat pump from cold winds, snow and hail as well as enable the reduction of the duration of auto-defrost of an appliance and extension of the operation time between auto-defrost cycles. This reduces electric power consumption and ensures a smoother and longer service of a heat pump.
